| Description |
I lived and worked in the Rosslyn district of Arlington, Virginia in 1965-1970. I worked in the large building behind the left-most of the two dark buildings. I lived in an apartment behind the office buildings. The low brick buildings on the left are Arlington Towers, a well-known group of moderate-priced apartments. Arlington Towers was built before the development of office buildings in Rosslyn, which began in the early 1960s. Theodore Roosevelt Bridge is in the foreground. One approach is at the west end of Constitution Avenue in Washington. The bridge crosses a corner of Theodore Roosevelt Island, and is the near the east end of Interstate Highway I-66. |
