Description Watercolour showing the Royal Navy Cruizer-class brig-sloop HMS Moselle in Charleston Bay. In 1813 the boats of the HMS Moselle, under the command of acting Lieutenant Joseph Hyett, captured a 600 ton U.S. merchantman near the fort in Charleston Bay.
