The other is dressed in an American flag, wearing a Statue of Liberty-style headpiece and holding a shield with a U.S. government seal (similar to one used on paper currency). Additional text reads, " Third Liberty Loan Campaign Boy Scouts of America." Genre: War posters Subjects: War bonds & funds; Patriotism; Boy Scouts of America Notes: The Boy Scouts of America, one of many civic organizations enlisted by the Treasury to assist in the loan drives, sold over 350 million dollars worth of Liberty and Victory bonds.
