Description
Español: Figura 4. Caracterización de anticuerpos anti-prorregión policlonales de conejo.

El panel D muestra la localización por inmunofluorescencia del pro-polipéptido de VWF (proregion) y de la proteína hemostática el factor von Willebrand (VWF), además de PDI (monoclonal de ratón; panel derecho) en Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cells (HUVEC). Barra de escala es de 10 µm.
La región indicada por el cuadro blanco en el panel de la izquierda se muestra en la escala ampliada a continuación con proregion= rojo, VWF= verde, PDI (proteína luminal del ER)= azul en la imagen de combinación de colores.
(NB El brillo y el contraste para la prorregión se han "empujado" más allá de la saturación en el panel inferior para demostrar la ausencia de tinción reticular (ER) para la prorregión. Esto ha acentuado la tinción de fondo granular.

Barra de escala= 2 µm.
