Description Welcome to the Mid North Coast sign on the Pacific Highway at Tomago in New South Wales, Australia. Despite being geographically in the Hunter Region, Port Stephens Council includes itself in the Mid North Coast for commercial purposes. This sign, welcoming travellers to the Mid North Coast, is only 900 m (2,953 ft) from the Hunter River on the Pacific Highway at Tomago.
