Description
Deutsch: Der 1. Preis war auf Grund der städtebaulichen Anordnung der Baufelder für Klöckner-Moeller und den Bund sowie der Erschließungssystematik vergeben worden und weniger für die architektonische Ausformung der Hauptverwaltung. Die hatte sich "konsensual" zwischen den vier Büros der Architektengruppe 2 ergeben und wurde nun von den Architekten Riemann und Roy weiterentwickelt.
English: The first prize was awarded on the basis of the urban planning arrangement of the building plots for Klöckner-Moeller and the federal government as well as the development system and less for the architectural design of the headquarters. This was a "consensual" result between the four offices of Architect Group 2 and was now further developed by the architects Riemann and Roy.
