William D. Brickell Residence
Description
From the caption in the book- "This beautiful pressed brick residence, 715 E. Broad Street, designed by Architect Ford, is a masterpiece of work. It stands on a lovely graded terrace, some eight feet from the side walk, with massive stone steps both in front and on the side, giving it a rich and substantial appearance. Mr. Brickell deserves great credit for his enterprise in erecting this handsome home, thus adding to the beauty of the city." The home was located at the southwest corner of Broad Street and Parsons Avenue. It no longer stands.
