Summary

[edit]
Description
English: modeled after the possibly non-free proposed logo for the World Day Against Software Patents from the campaign against the implementation of software patents in the European Union The Red Dove was chosen to symbolize land in sight with regard to patent reform. "The Red Dove is a subtile emphasis of a patent law teaching well known to the international patent community. A case referred to in patent literature as "Red Dove" was decided by the German Federal Court (BGH)."
