Description
Deutsch: Wuppertal, Wohnquartier Varresbeck, Kalk-Ringofen Dorp, Südende von Westen.

Am Standort der Info-Tafel C II 1: "Zwei Kalkbrennereien und die verschütteten Ringöfen", dem Rastplatz auf halbem Wege zwischen dem Haltepunkt Dorp und dem kleinen Viadukt über die Straße Am Eskesberg, zweigt rechtwinklig ein steiler Fußweg von der Nordbahntrasse nach Norden ab. Parallel zum Weg erheben sich im Waldstück zur Rechten als knapp 50 Meter langer und 15 Meter breiter, mit Bäumen und Strauchwerk bewachsener Rücken die verschütteten Überreste des Kalkbrand-Ringofens der ehemaligen Grube Dorp der Gebrüder Knappertsbusch.

Auf dem Naturlehrpfad Eulenkopfweg wird die Erhebung am Südende umgangen.
