Summary
[edit]DescriptionZeniff, in Zeniffs Treaty with King Laman, ca1924.png |
English: Zeniff, a Nephite king in the Book of Mormon, as illustrated in the fifth edition of George Reynolds's The Story of the Book of Mormon (ca. 1924). The artist of the illustration itself is not indicated with the work. The illustration is not in color. Zeniff is depicted as a man with a thick beard and mustache. He stands in profile, facing right relative to the viewer. He wears a helmet that somewhat resembles akettle hat; it may have a chin strap. Zeniff wears a tunic that goes down to just above his knees; his right shoulder is visible and has a shoulder pad (possibly metallic?), and his right arm hangs down at his side. On his feet, he wears caligae-like sandals that go up his shins. |
