中文：当地时间6月8日，联合国大会召开会议讨论朝鲜半岛核问题。中国常驻联合国代表张军在会上发言。张军说，当前半岛局势趋于紧张，这是中方不愿看到的。必须指出，半岛局势发展至此，主要是美方政策反复、未能坚持以往对话成果、无视朝方合理关切造成的，这一点不容否认。下步局势往哪里走，很大程度取决于美方怎么做，关键在于美方能否正视问题症结、拿出负责任态度、采取有意义的实际行动。美方能做的事情有很多，比如缓解在某些领域对朝制裁、停止联合军演等，关键是要行动起来，而不能只是嘴上说说“愿无条件对话”。 |
