Вид от дома 77 корпус 3 в сторону проспекта Тореза. Справа — дом 79 корпус 2. Старопарголовский — так как проспект Тореза был Старопарголовским. Участок застроен в конце 1940-х — начале 1950-х годов 2—4-х этажными домами (квартал «немецких коттеджей»). Существовал план по сносу домов и застройке микрорайона современным жильём. В настоящее время является привлекательным благоустроенным озеленённым участком, примыкающим к парку «Сосновка». Входит в состав 28-го округа муниципального образования «Светлановское». |
