Description
Русский: Поперечный срез листа Agave stricta Salm-Dyck, диаметр среза 5 мм. Авторский постоянный препарат, полихромная окраска тканей. Проводящие пучки разбросаны по всей листовой пластинке. По периферии листа расположены волокна склеренхимы (на фото они овальной формы, оранжевой окраски) из которых индейцы Мексики изготавливали канаты, верёвки, одежду. Световая микроскопия, светлое поле в проходящем свете.
English: Cross-Section of Agave stricta Salm-Dyck Leaf, dia. – 5 mm

The authorial prepared mount, polychrome painted tissues. The vascular bundles are scattered all over the leaf blade. On the leaf periphery there are sclerenchyma fibers (in the micrograph they are oval and orange), from which Indians of Mexico made ropes and clothes.
