பட்டிப் பூ என்றும் சுடுகாட்டுப் பூ என்றும் இஃது அறியப்படும். இப் பூச்செ செடியிலிருந்து இரத்தப் புற்றுநோய் போன்ற நோ நோய்களுக்கான மருந்துகள் தயாரிக்கப்படுகின்றன; இலை கசப்பதால் கால்நடைகள் உண்பதில்லை ; வேரிலிருந்து தயாரிக்கப்படும் மருந்துப்பொடி சிறுநீர்ச் சர்க்கரையைக் கட்டுப்படுத்துகிறது;இரத்த அழுத்தத்தைக் குறைக்கும் மருந்துகள் தயாரிக்கவும் இம் மூலிகை உதவுகிறது;இலைக் கசயம், உடல் பலவீனத்தைப் போக்குகிறது;இக் கசாயம் பசியின்மையைப் போக்கும் ; மலேரியாக் காய்ச்சலை இம் மூலிகை குணமாக்குகிறது . படம் - சிறு நித்திய கல்யாணிச் செடி ஒற்றைப் பூவுடன் !ஐந்து இதழ்களைக் கவனிப்பபீர் !বাংলা: নযনতাৰা (Nayantara)
