| Description | 位于荔湾区恩宁路逢庆首约。当时西关地势低洼，西濠经常堵塞，嘉庆十五年(1810)，由西关士绅何太清发起成立清濠公所，为清濠的机构。此碑是西关清濠公所文告。因此地荔枝湾改造，此碑现下落不明。 |
