中文（臺灣）：在中國人大常委會11月7日將就香港青年新政兩位議員宣誓風波，對基本法有關宣誓條例宣布釋法內容之際，香港民間人權陣線星期天發起各界“反對釋法大遊行”和集會，抗議人大在香港高等法院審理有關宣誓風波司法覆核案期間，主動對基本法第104條釋法，破壞香港獨立的司法制度。
在香港民陣發起反釋法大遊行後，數以千計的示威者繼續遊行到西環的中聯辦抗議人大釋法。8點半左右，示威者手舉雨傘再次沖擊警方防線，警方則狂噴辣椒噴劑還擊。警方調派大批警員增援，並將配備防暴頭盔的警員派至一線與示威者對峙。警方不斷呼籲示威者保持冷靜，不要衝擊警方防線，要求示威者盡快離開。 9點前，在中聯辦外與警察對峙的示威者突然撤離，輕往西區警署外的徳輔道西和西邊街道口，現場雙向交通中斷，一場自2014年雨傘運動後的佔領行動在醞釀中，現場至少有幾千之。十多分鐘後，警方開始廣播，要求佔路人士離開。 示威者在9點過後佔據了中聯辦外一段德輔道，並在中聯辦後門外與警方防線展開推撞，警方用辣椒噴霧還擊將示威者防線推後。示威者不斷呼喊反對釋法。 警方在中聯辦西邊的朝光街路口佈署第二道防線，並有警員從路旁的西區警署裡向警察傳遞防暴盾牌進一步部署防線。目前還不清楚警方何時清場。 |
