8/6/08 I planted 100 C. Peruvianus Monstrose seeds to see for myself if most of them turn out to be normal. I also purchased 2000 C. Peruvianus seeds to see if I get any mutations. So far I've only planted about 500 of those and germination probably won't be 100%. The seeds just started sprouting 2 days ago.
About Monstrose Cacti

C. Peruvianus Monstrose is a mutation of Cereus Peruvianus. I have read that about 1 out of 1000 seedlings have mutations like this and even the seeds from a one of these produce mostly normal cacti.
