This image has been misidentified by the original source, who most likely used it for illustrative purposes on conditions in 1912 textile mills, not as a depiction of the strike itself. First, it would be odd for a picture of a strike to show people at work. Second, more importantly, this image was taken in Macon, Georgia, as part of the famous Louis W. Hine series on child labor.
