Could this be changed so that Russia is either not indicated as a participating nation, or it is colored differently to indicate its athletes are competing? Strictly speaking, due to the IOC ban Russia is not a participating nation. Its athletes who have been allowed to compete are technically competing for themselves and not Russia, under the Olympic Flag and the designation "OAR". 331dot (talk) 11:57, 21 February 2018 (UTC)
