hi there i own and live at this house (6464 germantown ave) and there are only three floors and a basement. it has been in my family since the 1940's there is one two story add on to the house done in 1917 when the house was turned into apts. six alltogether at this time. now in 2012 there are three apts rented and the family uses the rest of the house to live in, the house was built in 1855 and had 5,000 sq. ft of living space. in 1917 with the ad-on the living space was 5,400 sq ft. now with the basement the total sq footage is just over 6,000 sq feet.
