Own work?

This image is identical (apart from a trivial change in light levels) to File:Raffael Staza di Eliodoro.jpg, uploaded by User:Lure since 2009: same perspective, same framing, same highlights. So it is doubtless copied from it. Nonetheless it is labeled "own work". Strangely, there are also EXIF parameters which report a 2011 date.
