I believe Commons:De minimis applies in here in that amount of clearly identifiable and visible copyright material is minute and the focus on the picture is clearly the glass of wine and the box shape/spigot itself-not the wine brand. In fact, we can't even identify who the producer of the box is from this photo. Agne27 (talk) 03:37, 26 March 2011 (UTC)
