The labels at the edges of this image are not correct. The top DNA strand is currently labeled 3'-3' and the bottom DNA strand is currently labeled 5'-5'. Each strand should be 5'-3' or 3'-5', but I don't know here whether the top should be 3'-5' and the bottom 5'-3', or if the top should be 5'-3' and the bottom 3'-5'.
