To blind people: the original has got a margin of the sheet. So why do I find the picture cut... One use on fr.wikipedia was destroyed thank to this change. Sebjarod 16:31, 25 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I'm sorry, that this uncropped picture was displayed in the correct French Wikipedia article fr:Feuille de timbres. I will check the usage of files in the future before uploading modified versions. Mea culpa, sometimes users like me don't think about the usage in Wikipedia issues. If they are automatically blind is another topic.

Don't worry about me: my blood boils too quickly. The problem is you even don't have to check how this image may be used on Wikipedias and by outsiders of Wikimedia. Please create a new file if you drastically change the picture (impose unused stamps instead of the same stamp cancelled ; cut paper) But, I think I'm talking in the void on Commons about these things...
