The description of the photo must be wrong. Now it says:

Aerial reconnaissance photo of the German supply ship Altmark moored in Jossing Fjord, Norway, photographed by a Lockheed Hudson of No. 18 Group prior to the Altmark Incident by HMS Cossack (F03) on 16 February 1940.

The ships stern stands in a right angle to the shore, in the tiny bay, where she was stranded by her crew. There is no ice and the ship is not as near to the shore as she was grounded. The Altmark was pulled off the ground on the 22. February and left the Fjord on 6. March.
