"AD" after date

[edit]

Please put “AD” before the year - not after.

which is a fair point. The Wikipedia article Anno Domini states

English follows Latin usage by placing the "AD" abbreviation before the year number, though it is also found after the year.[1]

For visual consistency with "BC", especially on the time axis, I recommend sticking with the current format. Does anyone have a second opinion? Cheers, cmɢʟee ⋅τaʟκ 02:38, 22 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
