PUF ?[编辑]

I don't know American copyright law, and the license on this file looks good, BUT according to: http://www.android.com/branding.html this image can not be used. I mean if it can be used, why would they say it can't? I have no idea if that's true, just wanted to put this out there in case someone didn't know. It's the difference between trademark and copyright. They are not at all the same thing. They can make restrictions based on trademark, for sure; that is an entirely different set of rights. They also may well have copyright protection in some countries. But it does not appear as though the U.S. is one of those countries. Carl Lindberg (talk) 04:23, 23 July 2012 (UTC)[回复]
