If the image is a screenshot from a public domain movie, then the webpage cannot copyright it since there image is a derivateve work and thus inherits the PD license. /Lokal_Profil 23:19, 10 January 2007 (UTC)

Actually, on second thoughts I think you are right - the deletion motivation is not valid. I think using images with URLs stamped on them is not a good thing but the image itself is not the problem. I'll remove the stamp when I've got a bit of time, and reupload it. Rossrs 07:01, 11 January 2007 (UTC)
