Missing Barcode

[edit]

Because this image is pre-prepared "sample", it is completely missing the identifying barcode which was visible on every real survey form. This is a notable ommision because the barcode played a key part in how the ABS was able to gather statistics about age, gender and location of responses, as well as the ability to prevent multiple-responses fraud. I think this is worthy of either: finding a suitable example that is more true to the actual forms that were sent and/or explaining (somewhere) the statistics and fraud prevention techniques that were employed (not without some controversy).
