The file description says this was over Crantenburg in Germany. There is no such place in Germany nor anywhere else. Some user placed the file in the article de:Kranenburg (Dorf). I don't know why he did it, but I doubt that the identification is correct. I am from the Kranenburg region and I am not aware of any bombers going down here in WW II nor am I aware of any Flak posts that existed here that had the range to shoot down a bomber. There's another Kranenburg further in the south. I think it's a more likely candidate but I have absolutely no evidence. Any ideas? --Slomox (talk) 13:26, 21 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The description says that it is a B-17G, hit by flak. The title says it is a B-17F, hit by an Me 262. Which is correct? 86.149.219.138 05:25, 21 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
