Map is outdated

This map is used (and quite prominently displayed) in several articles all across Wikimedia, including German Wikivoyage. It would be of tremendous use if someone who knows a bit about drawing maps could update the most egregious mistakes in it, e.g. the fact that there is no IC/EC/ICE connection between Dresden and Nuremberg via Chemnitz. If one were to take an ICE from Dresden to Nuremberg, a change of train in Leipzig would be necessary. 2A02:810A:8200:20B0:DD53:7D00:1CF:DD85 19:01, 12 January 2016 (UTC)

The source has disappeared!

The source of this map is "File:Bahn-Streckenkarte_Deutschland.png", so normally in that file we should be able to find source information and history of older versions. However that file, File:Bahn-Streckenkarte_Deutschland.png has been deleted and changed into a simple link to this map, without any history and source information! Could an administrator fix the problem? (I don't know if there is a way to recover the source information and history from File:Bahn-Streckenkarte_Deutschland.png).
