At the present moment there is no law ruling how to construct this flag. However, due its age (created in 1798), and its shape, it is natural to assume that the flag proportion should be 2:3, where the square is 1/3 of the flag width. Giro720 (talk) 01:12, 15 August 2011 (UTC)
