Inaccurate flag

The flag currently displayed on Wikipedia does not accurately reflect the flag of the Leal Senado (which was also used to represent Macao in the transfer of sovereignty from Portugal to China). The most noticeable difference in this version is the missing crown.

Ordinance Number 18626, published by the Ministério do Ultramar of Portugal has a description of the coat of arms of Macao.

"... 1. É mantida a tradicional representação heráldica da cidade de Macau: o escudo de armas de Portugal sobrepujado da antiga coroa real aberta (the coat of arms of Portugal surmounted by the old open royal crown and supported by two kneeling angels) e amparado por dois anjos de joelhos, vestidos de prata e realçados de ouro, nimbados de uma cruz de Cristo, de vermelho - o da dextra -, e de uma esfera armilar, de ouro - o da sinistra; - listel branco tendo inscritos em caracteres negros os dizeres «Cidade do nome de Deus não há outra mais leal». ..." - Portaria n.º 18626, de 27 de julho (https://diariodarepublica.pt/dr/detalhe/portaria/18626-173354)
