Improvement possible?

This image is unrealistic -- would anyone be willing to improve it? A typical (copyrighted) visible-light image is shown at:

If someone could produce some artwork with a similarly-soft edge and similarly-bright hotspots on it, that would be extremely useful.

Hi Rnt20, no, sorry - the bright part is totally blown. 255,255,255 - white. The exposure time / f-stop was way too long / too low. If possible shoot several images without moving the camera with different exposure settings - they can be combined afterwards. Anyway, I uploaded a derivative which is a bit better on the dark colors. Cheers --Saibo (Δ) 22:23, 14 August 2011 (UTC)[回覆]
