Wikipedia gives a wrong picture. There doesn't exist a blasphemy law in Germany. It was abolished 1968. There is although a law in Germany which protects all religions and philosophies against insult as far as peace is concerned. This law changed the original "blasphemy law". The funny thing about insult is though, that I experience hundreds of insults of religions and philosophies a week. But the point is that only 15 people are sentenced in Germany for that in a year - virtually nothing for a big country like Germany. And then mostly normally a payment of money. So in reality this "blasphemy law" is a law like the law for "hate crime" of the Americans in the USA.
