The site that the pics are from

states that "Each photograph is stamped with a general agency photo credit: "NOAA NMFS SWFSC PRD", which should not be removed by the user."

Not sure how cropping the pic to remove this stands copyright-wise?

View from above/underneath?[编辑]

The caudal fin (de: Schwanzflosse) stretches horizontally. Air bubbles or foam (white) nearby come from the water surface, made by the fins break through? Or from breathing out?

Does the photo show a view from above or underneath?

The dark background is the dark night sky or a thick layer of water? Artifical light, flash from underneath?
