all those templates

I want this image to be used like File:Autistic-sweetiepie-boy-with-ducksinarow.jpg is, but seeing all the templates on that page worries me. If I need to do more work on this file, please let me know. I didn't see an obvious place to write that it is a photo of me, and it won't be relevant if this image starts to be used in articles, so I'm just mentioning it here for now.
