Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia is death and diden letft the children. In your mape a have see thate Serbia is the kind of Yougosllavia but this is wrong. If it was how you have presante Serbia ceep all Atutor rights of Yugosllavia and this is not the case in realty. Becose of thate after Serbia and Monternegro was acceptet als members of UN it must be a new Color, Kosovo must be since 1992 with thate color beacose the Law in Kosovo after UN cames it was returnet to 1992 the day in witch Miloshevic has okupetet Kosovo.

Kosovo is stil in Serbia, please change that on your map. Thank you. --Sasa Stefanovic (talk) 22:53, 28 September 2006 (UTC)[回复]
Thanks for your concern. Refresh the page and you should see the new map. I've taken out the Kosovo boundry. Hoshie 04:35, 4 October 2006 (UTC)[回复]

Why did you choose the same color on Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and Federal Republic of Yugoslavia? I't would be much better if you pick another color after 1992 on Serbia and Montenegro (Federal Republic of Yugoslavia) The federation between 1992-2003 wasn't a succession of the socialist federation. --Narcissist 13:19, 9 October 2006 (UTC)[回复]

Thanks for noting this. After looking at the UN site, it appears you are correct. I will fix the map when I can. Hoshie 17:36, 27 October 2006 (UTC)[回复]

Macedonia[编辑]

This image is not quite correct. Macedonia declared independence in 1991, or rather intended to become independent. However, officially the country became independent (along with Bosnia) in 1992. Please change. --193.170.51.2 23:26, 23 February 2007 (UTC)[回复]

Kosovo[编辑]

I realize that Kosovo is not recognized by the UN or most countries in the world, but surely some sort of recognition should be given to its change in status (even if only insofar as its own self-conception) in 2008. Especially, since articles that link here can't help but mention it!

This map should reflect the situation on the ground, not the political controversies surrounding them. After all, it dates Croatia as independent since 1991, even though the UN didn't recognize them 'til '92...

The file in from "07:15, 4 March 2009" is the best compromise, showing a separate status, yet also showing that the majority of countries in the world (not to mention UN and EU) does not recognise the independence of the territory. In fact in the EULEX mission "it was explicitly made clear that EULEX will not implment Ahtisaari plan and that EU as a whole will not have position on the status of Kosovo" (wikipedia). It's not a question of personally supporting or not, it's the posiion of the international community.

Version with flags[编辑]

New version with doesn't show borders clearly (espesialy with existance of RSK, RS and Herceg-Bosnia), it has no years and some phases have no sense (Kosovo with UCK flag, FRY flag interfered with NATO flag) and the latest phase is POV. So, I will return to previous version) --BokicaK (talk) 10:09, 23 November 2009 (UTC)[回复]

The latest version is problematic, too. Bosnia and Herzegovina is internationally recognized country, so showing Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Republika Srpska in different colors is POV. Iinternal border is enough. --BokicaK (talk) 20:43, 28 December 2009 (UTC)[回复]

Serbia should have its own colour as Montenegro has its own. Edit forced as previous would not animate. Travürsa (talk) 05:06, 11 January 2010 (UTC)[回复]

Colors in the animated GIF[编辑]

The colors on lead animated GIF are way off:

  • Yugoslavia's red is slightly too bright (it should be #dd0000)
  • Croatia's weird navy blue should be switched to light red, derived from the coat of arms, which is usually used to depict Croatia
  • Slovenia yellow? Only if there's no alternative, though I think a very very light blue would do as well.
  • It would be more appropriate for macedonia to be in yellow or gold
  • Bosnia should be white or light grey, as in the flag of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Green implies pro-Bosniak (Muslim) bias
  • Serbia and Montenegro (i.e. FR Yugoslavia) should be blue (preferably as in the blue from the Serbian flag, but darker)
  • Serbia should be blue, as in the blue from the Serbian flag (why red, ffs?)
  • Montenegro grey? Macedonia purple? There's no alternative so fine, however Montenegro should probably be light blue as in the blue from the Republic of Montenegro (federal) flag. Denoting also the close affiliation with Serbia.
  • (Kosovo's color should continue to be similar to Serbia's, for NPOV purposes)

Lets try to make this image as perfect as we can? --DIREKTOR (TALK) 00:48, 16 February 2010 (UTC)[回复]

New colors will only be implemented if you give hex triplet values: Your definitions of the colors is a bit ambiguous. Travürsa (talk) 23:51, 21 September 2010 (UTC)[回复]

Split[编辑]

Why is Split more important than Podgorica?--Orlovic (talk) 09:58, 30 July 2011 (UTC)[回复]
