No it didn't exist until 1953 and ceased to be used officialy in 1973, the creator of the image is trying to promote it as still being the flag of Northern Ireland today, and has been edit warring on articles to try promote his POV.--Padraig 07:30, 9 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
