During the German occupation in World War II this building was headquarters of the German police and Schutzstaffel (SS). You are right that this building housed the Latvian parliament Saeima before the war and houses it after 1990. Philaweb (talk) 22:12, 19 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I don't see how that makes it part of labour camp, even if it was the authority responsible for it, it probably wasn't their sole purpose; removed the category 95.68.111.174 04:12, 7 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
