Contradiction: Metadata says the picture is showing Sovjet soldiers, while "orginal caption" says holds it to be German soldiers judging from the Wehrmacht helmet one man is wearing. Yet it also says they are using (captured) Sovjet guns. Isn't it more likely that one of the group is using a captured helmet than all of them are using captured weapons? This would indicate that they are indeed Sovjet soldiers.

The Russian Wikipedia also uses the picture with a subline attributing the soldiers to the "13th Guards Rifle Division" (according to Google Translate)

Which soldier is wearing a Wehrmacht helmet? A view from a different camera-position is at 1:58 in the YouTube video "Battle for Stalingrad - Rare Photo's from the Front". [Incidentally, the building survived the Battle. (Even the ornamental urns are still in place). It is at the south corner of Raboche-Krestyanskaya & Ogareva).]
