Background transparency[edit]

Requesting the author to upload future revisions with a transparent background. This would help its presentation in the infobox of 2020 coronavirus outbreak in India. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Streetsoda (talk • contribs) 13:09, 11 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Assam[edit]

@XIIIX: Why is Assam still blue? I don't think there is any new report on suspected cases as of now? Please update. AnjanBorah (talk) 01:37, 23 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@AnjanBorah: The colors on the map is based on the no. of cases ever reported and not on the no. of active cases at the moment. I'm updating the color of Meghalaya too as there was a suspected reported earlier. — Preceding unsigned comment added by XIIIX (talk • contribs) 03:53, 23 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Well, I see that but is that how it is supposed to be? Suspicion is not scientific, and what's suspected if ruled out shouldn't be shown as the map indicates the extent of infected areas, the same is true for all other pandemic maps for other countries, showing only confirmed infected areas. Don't understand why it has to be special for India! Anyway, this doesn't align with other country maps, hence raising this point. AnjanBorah (talk) 15:53, 23 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
