The rationale for this image says it's "Copyright HBO", but does that make sense? Colour bars aren't copyrighted (to the best of my knowledge) and the message was written by Captain Midnight. If anybody can make a copyright claim it would be him, since the picture is his "work". That it was broadcasted via an HBO channel doesn't automatically make it HBO copyright.  Channel ®    23:51, 2 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Do we really need a fair use rationale here? The license tag says it's ineligible for copyright, so I don't think there's any issue of fair use to be justified. flarn2006 [u t c] 09:56, 16 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
