Das Wappen bedarf einer Überarbeitung. Die Fahnen sind unterschiedlich gesteckt: Farben entweder bündig oder gleichförmig versetzt müssen sie sein. Die Kordeln an den Fahnenstangen hängen nicht einheitlich ordentlich und sind in unterschiedlicher Anzahl. J.R.84.190.205.38 20:35, 16 September 2011 (UTC)

Please rename the file, isn´t an actual or legal version

Dear editors, This version of the Coat of Arms of Bolivia is not the official design established by law in 2004, please rename the file because, the actual name and descripction is causing confusions and missinformation in many articles and Infoboxes. Technical Edit Request

{{Edit request}} Hello, on this file there is a text rendering error, due to the wikimedia svg renderer (I forget what it's called) lacking a font. I have changed the text to a path so that it is able to be rendered, and this updated file is at File:Bolivian Coat of Arms, fixed Text.svg. There are no changes aside from fixing the text rendering error. Could an admin update the file when one has a chance?
