According to the Guide to the Flags of the World by Mauro Talocci, revised and updated by Whitney Smith (ISBN 0-688-01141-1), p. 132, the shield has a very different lion... AnonMoos (talk) 08:01, 11 June 2011 (UTC)

- I have the book right here; it's more lean and lanky, with fewer decorative tufts and fringes. Don't feel like going through the thousands of images in and under Category:Lions in heraldry to find a close match right at the moment... AnonMoos (talk) 16:45, 11 June 2011 (UTC)
- No, of course not. I expect it to have a more "natural" look, than the over-decorated versions which are more usual in European CoAs. Maybe its more like this?-- Darwin Ahoy! 16:54, 11 June 2011 (UTC)
