Switch to IUPAC ambiguity codes

The current "many possiblilities" notation is not only redundant but also inconsistent (as seen in the H. sapiens inr). Should we just rewrite everything in IUPAC's w:Nucleic acid notation instead? The new ones would be:

BRE    SSRCGCC
Inr-Dm TCAKTY
Inr-Hs YYANWYY
DPE    RGWYV
