this image has two evident errors: first, the third intermediate should not have the oxygen between thiol and acyl moieties and second, the biproduct of the reaction (sulfur substituted piridone) has a five-bonds carbon! It can be drawn in the tioamide or in the pyridine-SH tautomer but not both toghether. -Matteo
