Why the levels in this maps have been change from 500 m to 1000 m by an editor which is not the oroginal uploader and without proper reference?

We don't get many vandals in Commons; probably because we aren't as famous as Wikipedia. Perhaps this is that rare example. Jim.henderson (talk) 05:24, 27 November 2016 (UTC)
