File overwrite

All right, these attempts of overwriting of this file must stop now per commons overwrite policy: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Overwriting_existing_files There is no single valid reason for border to be removed from this file or to "convert to svg" template stands on this page. You people are free to make svg version of this file or to make version with no image border, but you should upload your file versions to commons under different file names. You should not overwrite this file and you should not continue revert warring over this file. PANONIAN (talk) 05:24, 3 March 2014 (UTC)

And also to say that I understand that Crimea is currently an hot topic, but I uploaded this file in 2012, and so, if it was good in this form for two years it is good now as well. Questions of image border or image format are only questions of personal understanding of aesthetics of some users and since there is open possibility for such users to upload their file versions in commons under different filenames there is no reason for such personal views about aesthetics to be implemented in this file version.
