Hello.

Can you add Montenegro which became a NATO member in 2017 in File:NATO expansion-sr.svg and File:NATO expansion.png?

Can you also add Sout Sudan in File:Africa Pressure Map July.svg, File:Africa Pressure Map January.svg, File:Africa Ocean Currents Map-sr.svg, File:Africa Temperature Map-sr.svg, File:Africa Precipitation Map-sr.svg?

I am adding South Sudan (as well as Montenegro and other possible missing updates) in the PNG maps in Category:Maps needing South Sudan political boundaries and then remove this category after updating them. There were close to 1100 maps since I started to update these files on 1 March 2018, now it is reduced to less than 570 maps, but there is a long way to go.

Unfortunately I don't know how to edit SVG maps and complicated PNG maps myself, that is why I asked you.

Problem with the map of the Vandal Kingdom[edit]

Hello, if find some mistakes in the map of the vandal kingdom that you realized in 2011. This map is not quite accurate. ( https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Vandal_alan_kingdom_526.png ).

First, in 526, the Aures (the mountains of eastern Algeria) are no longer under vandal rule since the end of the reign of Huneric. The Tripolitania also, which came under the control of the Berber leader Cabaon during the reign of Thrasamund, however the map indicates that the Vandals possessed the Aures and Tripolitania, which is false.

You should change the date of the map, and specify that it is a map of the vandal kingdom at its maximum extent, until December 484, when the Vandals begin to lose territories to the Berbers. Another fact, the Byzacene may have also passed under the rule of the Berbers during the reign of Hilderic, the leader Antalas inflicts a heavy defeat to the Vandals, which will also cause Gelimer to overthrow Hilderic by force.

Western Slavonia in your Serbian Krajina maps[edit]

About your Serbian Krajina Map(for example:https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Republika_srpska_krajina.png) I the think the Western Slavonia Region(green part on the Map) is depicted wrong since it's the border of the UNPROFOR Sector West

Srpska Vojvodina map[edit]

Hello,

Where did you get the information to create this map? I notice that Banatska Klisura was not included in your map, however this is half of the Illyrian border district, divided only by the Nera river. I have read that the May Assembly claimed Banat and "the border". Also Ljubivoje Cerovic in his book "Srbi u Rumuniju" mentions that over 100 representatives of Klisura were present at the may assembly (pg 87). It would seem strange that the assembly would claim territories that are pushing into present day Hungary, but reject land where Serbs were living, whos representatives were present at the meeting in large numbers. What is the specific source of your map regarding this area?

Additional information is on pg 98 where my suspicions are confirmed, the Danube Gorge "was liberated" and popular councils functioned there. There are additional mentions of "liberations" and popular councils around Timisoara, and even to the direction of Arad, probably referring to the Serb settlements near the Mures river.
Do you have any information that contradicts this? I think the map of the "claimed territory of the may council" might have to have its eastern border adjusted. 71.167.114.111 06:07, 17 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
